Best automated accessibility checkers?

Greetings! Anyone have any experience or opinions related to WCAG/508 checkers that can spider large sites and provide reports etc?

Currently looking at LIFT Online (or LIFT Machine), AccVerify Pro. Any others I should consider?

Thanks.
